Venue Hire Rates

Honest pricing,
no hidden extras

Our rates vary by day of the week and time of year. VAT is included in every rate. A 20% deposit confirms your date, with the balance spread over two further payments — 30% due 6 months before, the final 50% due 2 months before.

Standard
venue hire rates

Our standard rates run by season and by day of the week. Mon–Wed from £3,200 in winter to £3,800 in peak summer. Thursdays from £3,500 to £4,300. Fridays from £3,800 to £6,800. Saturdays from £4,300 to £7,800. Sundays from £3,400 to £4,000. Premium weekend takeover rates available from £13,500 incl. VAT. Get in touch for a full rate card.

Every venue hire includes exclusive use of all barns and grounds from 10am, professional wedding coordinators from initial enquiry through to the morning after, and venue staff coordinating behind the scenes throughout your day.

Photography spots

Use of the Secret Garden, surrounding fields and woodland for couple photographs.

Indoor or outdoor — we set up your ceremony at no extra charge.

Chairs & tables

Limewash chiavari chairs, trestle and round tables, and outdoor patio furniture.

Fairy lights

Fairy light curtain in the Grain Store and fairy lights on beams in the Sheep Shed.

All weathers

Underfloor heating, gazebos and umbrellas — we handle whatever the day throws at us.

Bar, sound & overnight

Your essentials

Fully staffed bar

Cash, card, contactless and Apple Pay. Stocked and staffed from drinks reception through to midnight.

Sound system

Bluetooth speaker system and portable PA for speeches.

Honeymoon Suite

The Hay Barn from 11am on your wedding day, including overnight stay and continental breakfast.
